In this image from left to right you will find M16, Swan Nebula, M24, HD167815, Trifid nebula and the most well known, Lagoon Nebula. The amount of space this image covers is unfathomable to the human brain. The Lagoon Nebula alone is 300 trillion miles x 600 trillion miles... this means that it takes light about 100 years to travel from one end of the Lagoon Nebula to the other end...thats deep...
